Graydon - About your data

About your data

Your Personal Data

Because you are an entrepreneur, your details are recorded in the public trade register of the KVK (Dutch CoC). Graydon uses this data, as one of its many sources, to deliver reliable company information to businesses and governments. As such, your data is also included in Graydon’s database.

Graydon believes that transparency strengthens trust between business partners. If organisations have a clear picture of the opportunities available and the risks they may face, collaboration will arise, agreements will be made, and ideas will become reality.

To be able to realise this, we have also included the details for your enterprise in our database. This data may contain business-related personal data, to which the privacy legislation (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) is applicable. Therefore, we send letters to enterprises to inform them when they are recorded in our database. Would you like to know what it looks like? Click here to find out.

Business-related personal data may include the company name, the name of the owner, and the address of the business. Is your enterprise a company? Then it could be that we have also recorded the names of the directors in our database.
