Corona Update

Dear Customer,

In the past couple of months, the Coronavirus has spread across the world and is presenting us with an unprecedented global challenge affecting the lives of millions of people and impacting businesses around the world.

Our two key priorities in all the actions that we are taking are:

  • To ensure the wellbeing of our staff, customers, suppliers and partners
  • To continue to deliver a great service to our customers

Graydon has taken actions to safeguard those two priorities.  Our staff are now working remotely from home with all the tools and technology in place to continue the delivery of our services.  Until further notice all meetings with customers, prospects, suppliers and partners will be via phone, video conference or collaboration tools - our staff will not be scheduling face-to-face meetings.  Customers can continue to reach us as normal by phone, email or post.

We are committed to helping businesses grow by predicting and mitigating potential business risks and identifying commercial opportunities.  Graydon is in the process of researching the impact and risks of Corona to businesses in our markets. However, in the meantime, please be aware that the current uncertainties will not be translated into our respective credit scores and recommended credit limits of companies.
